The Songsan Division plays a central role at the heart of Okins Electronics, leading production across all projects. To ensure the manufacturability of all customer-required products, we are continuously dedicated to the development of mold technologies and the achievement of stable, high-quality production through ongoing research and development.

Beyond inter-divisional collaborations, the division is expanding its business into various areas through the independent development of proprietary items, including semiconductor pick-and-place tools and RF coaxial cables.
